How do I cancel my rented space?

If you wish to cancel your space, simply send an email to info@justusorlando.com with your intent to cancel. We require 15 days’ notice before the end of the month in order to not be charged for an additional month’s rent.

 

Do you have any covered parking spots?

No, unfortunately not at this time.

 

Are there any discounts for long term renting?

Yes, you can sign up and pay for a year ahead of time and receive a free month. We are happy to discuss any longer terms, if you would like.

 

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No, our specials and normal renting terms are month to month. However, if you wish, you can sign up and pay for a year ahead of time, and receive a free month.

 

What type of vehicles can I park at JustusOrlando?

All boats, recreational vehicles, automobiles, and trailers.

 

What do I do with my trash or sewage?

We have 2 dumpsters located on the property for disposal of trash

 

When is my rent due?

Rent is due on the 1st of the month. After the 10th of the month, rent is considered late. Late fees will be charged to your account and you will be locked out at the gate. If you have a valid credit card on file, it will be billed automatically so you don’t have to worry about it.

 

What are the access times?

Our property can be accessed 24 hours a day, seven days a week with an authorized access code. In order to receive an access code please sign up through the website JustusOrlando.com or call 321-804-5026.

 

What is the minimum time I can park my vehicle?

We offer month-to-month leases with a one-month minimum stay.

 

What happens if I forget my code?

When you login to your account you will be able to see your code.

 

How can I make a payment?

Login to your account or click on “Pay My Bill” above and you can take care of that. If you have a valid credit card on file, it will be billed automatically so you don’t have to worry about it. We also have a convenient drop box located at the office or you may mail your payment to 16877 E Colonial Dr. #408 Orlando FL 32820.

 

What forms of payment do you accept? What happens if my stuff gets damaged while in storage?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, money orders and personal/business checks. You may make secure online payments. Sorry, but we do not accept cash payments.

 

What happens if my stuff gets damaged while in storage?

All recreational vehicles, trailers, equipment must have current insurance. You will need to file accordingly with your insurance agency. This is no different than if you were hit in a supermarket parking lot, you are liable for any damage you may cause to your neighbor’s vehicle or the facility property while entering or exiting the facility.

 

Do I need insurance?

Insurance is the tenant's responsibility. JustusOrlando Boat & RV Storage does not insure the customer's vehicle or other property. Insurance is required on all stored vehicles/vessels.

 

What are your rates?

Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates?

No. At the time of signing you will create your own personal security pass code that will allow you access to your unit 24/7.

 

Do you offer RV maintenance, cleaning or other services?

No, but we have tenants on site who are happy to help with your maintenance needs. We are also conveniently located next to a service station that offers fuel, vacuums, air, ice, propane and snacks for your trip.
